As part of its operations, LUBRA S.p.A. holds numerous ministerial licenses and authorizations for its own use. The Company also operates dedicated facilities with ample third-party storage capacity. LUBRA has extended the use of these licenses and authorizations to third-party products, consolidating these activities in a business unit called “SERVICE & TRADING.”
Contract Manufacturing Services include:
- Denaturing of paraffinic and naphthenic mineral lubricating oils, in accordance with Art. 8 of Ministerial Decree 17.09.1996 n. 557 (for light and dark rubber).
- Denaturing of linear and branched alkylbenzenes, as prescribed by D.M. 322/17.05.1995, classified under CN 3817/0080 and exempt from excise duty when used for non-lubrication purposes.
- Denaturing of diesel fuel, petroleum (1st and 2nd paragraph), and mineral spirits, under Ministerial Authorization n. 1958/7 of 24.04.1996 pursuant to Art. 2 and Art. 9, § 2 of D.M. 322/17.05.1995.
