Description
Synthetic, mineral-oil-free, chlorine- and derivative-free lubricants, formulated with high-performance specialty raw materials. Designed for the most demanding cold stamping and extrusion operations, these products are suitable for both direct and reverse extrusion of components such as dowel pins, spark plug bodies, ball studs, brake-adjuster screws, oil fittings, valve guides, hydraulic fittings, “ANUBA” hinges, and solid or semi-hollow rivets made from high-carbon and stainless steels.
The series also includes specific grades engineered for semi-hot metal deformation processes, operating within the 250 °C to 450 °C temperature range.
