Formulated with full synthetic esters, free of mineral oils and chlorine, this product features a high flash point, minimal mist formation and excellent thermal stability. It is chemically inert and provides outstanding wetting and lubricating properties, combined with strong resistance to extreme pressure.
It has been specifically developed for lapping and honing operations using horizontal honing machines (e.g., SUNNEN type) on very hard materials, including case-hardened and hardened steels, stainless steels, bronzes, and exotic alloys.
