Semi-synthetic and synthetic emulsifiable fluids designed for drawing bare and tinned copper wire. Suitable for block, single-wire, and multi-wire drawing machines with spray or immersion lubrication—either in individual tanks or centralized systems.
Formulated to reduce 8 mm diameter rod down to 2.5–1.2 mm at medium to high speeds, these fluids are also compatible with tandem enameling lines for producing medium- and fine-gauge wire.
